I highly recommend Daphna! We had followed Daphna for several months, prior to listing with her. Buying a house is hard. Especially in Seattle. For years I was way too intimidated by the cost and complexity and competitiveness to even consider it, but then I decided to contact Daphna based on a recommendation from a friend, and 2 months later I was officially a first time home owner.

She is incredibly hard working, patient, professional, and communicative. I would send her links to several listings that looked promising and literally within 15 minutes we would have tours scheduled for all of them. She was incredibly patient with me while we drove all over the city looking at different types of properties while I learned about what I was actually looking for. I kind of felt bad that I would flip-flop on places all the time, but she did a great job of assuring me that I could take as long as I needed to until I felt truly ready. In the end we saw close to 15 places and by that time I felt like an expert in not just the process and the financials, but also in what I was looking for in a home.
